I am a woman with a clubbed thumb, as well. Actress. And, what I can say is that life is too short to need to worry about such petty, unimportant, factors such as the appearance of a thumb. There are people in this world who can't afford to eat, or who cannot use their bodies properly in order to go to the bathroom without the assistace of another.

Haha, wow.. Immaturity of today's society is just so astounding. I mean really? Her thumb? Why the hell is everyone so fascinated in her thumb? It's a genetic condition. It's not like she cosmetically altered it to look like that.
And why don't you look at the three fingers pointing back at you when you make fun of her minor imperfection. Can you honestly say you're as beautiful as she is? Can you really say that YOUR imperfections are as minor as one clubbed thumb? No. Probably not. Chances are your imperfections are 100 times worse. Does it make you feel better about yourself? Are you really so self conscious you have to make fun of one minor imperfection to deny the pain from all of your own imperfections? The people making fun of her for it are pathetic, immature, and ignorant.

nnooo waaay! i have the same thumbs! well actually i only have one, my auntie and my little brother both have them too. when i was younger i used to point it out to people and tell them i had my toe and thumb surgically switched around and they totally believed it. i honestly love having it. i knoow it looks funny but theres soo many funny stories i can tell about it.

I've grown up through primary school not even caring about them, but when I went to high school, everyone notices them and comments them and it is so annoying! I always try to hide them so no one sees them..like I put them under my sleeves.

By the way.. the condition is a genetic condition that is called "Brachydactyly Type D". There are many other forms of Brachydactyly, but I have Type D...and I hate it. It's one of the only things I would change about myself apart from my height or my tiny ears..
